Returns Policy for Short Term and Vacation Rental Company

Cancellation Policy: Strict

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability while maintaining fairness to all parties involved. Therefore, our cancellation policy is set to "Strict," which is designed to protect both guests and our business.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1 Cancellation Period

Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing's local check-in time (3:00 PM).

1.2 Partial Refund

If guests cancel at least 7 days prior to check-in, they will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount (excluding cleaning fees and any additional fees).
If guests cancel less than 7 days in advance, the booking is non-refundable.

2. Extenuating Circumstances

In exceptional cases such as serious illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Guests must provide relevant documentation to support their claim.

3. Modifications

Guests can modify their booking dates for free if the request is made at least 14 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability and any rate differences.

4. No-Show Policy:

If guests fail to check in on the arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

5. Host's Responsibilities:

We commit to providing accurate information about our listings, including amenities, location, and policies, to help guests make informed decisions.
In the unlikely event that a property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues), we will offer alternative accommodations of equal or greater value, or provide a full refund.

6. Guest's Responsibilities:

Guests are responsible for understanding and complying with our cancellation policy before making a booking.
It is the guest's responsibility to communicate any changes or cancellations promptly to ensure the smooth handling of their reservation.

7. Payment and Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved, using the same payment method used for the booking.
